BANQUET SAS is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR for all personal data collected via the website event-banquet.com.

BANQUET SAS collects only the data strictly necessary for the purposes described below, in accordance with the data minimisation principle set out in Article 5(1)(c) of the GDPR.

When you fill in the contact form on the website, the following data is collected:

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent, collected via the mandatory checkbox at the bottom of the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), as well as the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2.2 — Via cookies and trackers

The website may place cookies for audience measurement purposes. These cookies are only placed after your consent has been obtained via the dedicated banner. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

BANQUET SAS does not collect any "sensitive" data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.

At the end of these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Article 4 — Recipients of the data

Data collected via the contact form is accessible only to authorised personnel within BANQUET SAS in the context of processing your request.

It may be transmitted to the following technical subcontractors, strictly within the scope of their tasks:

Webflow, Inc. (website and form host) — headquartered in the United States, with appropriate safeguards under the EU-US Data Privacy FrameworkEmail service providers potentially used to send the automatic acknowledgement of receipt of your request

These subcontractors act on the instructions of BANQUET SAS and are not authorised to use your data for purposes other than those defined in this policy.

BANQUET SAS never sells, rents or transfers your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

The hosting of the website by Webflow, Inc. involves a transfer of data to the United States. This transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and Webflow's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR.

These measures include encryption of communications via HTTPS (TLS), access to data restricted to authorised personnel only, and hosting on a secure infrastructure.

In the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, BANQUET SAS undertakes to inform you as soon as possible, in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR.
